Fast food is life

Watching a documentary of how fast food, like Mcdonald’s (which I love) does not make you fat, YOU do…..

If you eat more calories than your body burns, you will get fat, duh.

The bottom line, people need to admit they are fat because they cannot control themselves not because of fast food.

Mcdonalds 1 fat people 1 (yes we both win) :)

You eat a lot and do nothing all day= chunky monkey and chubby wubby

GO EAT WHAT YOU LIKE diets cause depression, I know!

Cutest cat ever!!!

Social media appears to add different benefits and values. What benefits do social media offer for your personal use? What type of negative experiences, if any, have you had from social media?

Some of the benefits of social media would be that you have a constant connection to the world, not just friends and family. Using a recent example, the Kony video that had been on the web and had hit millions of viewsers overnight. I personally did not watch the video or conduct any research on the incident (major outbreaks in bandwagon jumping is not my style) however this event was important and because of social media had broken out to the public like a wildfire.

The major benefit that I see from it coming from a business stanpoint would actually being able to see the people you work with. I was the associate team leader for my store and I focused on getting to know everyone and create a happy environment that made them enjoy coming to work. By doing that they would be happier thus leading them to make their customers happier (smiles are contagious). Getting to know the people you work with is important because you can then form relationships based on similarities or differences to form bonds. By forming those bonds you can then become a family and make your work environment much more productive and fun while your at it.

The only negative prospect would be that you are being nosey, which is not always a good thing of course. As long as your motives are for the better then there is always importance in investing time with the people in your daily life. If you know someone better, even just a little bit, your chances of having a better more profitable business life is beneficial to not only each other but to the people that come in contact with you as well.

I wanna do this!!!!!

Haha so epic, it’ll happen everyone, just wait it out!!!!!

HA HA Jedi Mrs. President!!!! EPIC!!!!

Daddy March 9, 1962 - July 6, 2011

Today is dad’s birthday, March 9, 2012.

His favorite meal was a good old fashioned American cheese burger, fries, and a large strawberry milkshake. Always loved taking a big bite out of the burger and savoring every bit of it. Then he would say, “Hey, what’s that?” I would look away and the untouched burger I had in front of me would have a bite out of it.

He would say, “You want some of my shake?” “Well too bad he he he.” Then he would go to town on that shake enjoying it to the last drop.

The fries he always finished last, which was weird to me because I always finished them first (save the best for last). He loved french fries SO MUCH!

Today I enjoyed that very meal.

One of dad’s favorite things to do was getting a hair cut. He said it made his “sexy come out, Mr. Big Pimpin.” Which I would then make fun of him because who says that?

Today I got my hair cut.

One thing dad loved to do was water his lawn of rocks and his plants every day when it was hot. He then had a cool theory that if you water the roof of the house it would make the house temperature drop. He would say it in a snooty voice which made it all the more better.

Today I watered the grass and the trees we had in front (not the house though XD)

One thing my dad really loved was playing video games. He would always play a game like Call of Duty and get stuck somewhere (he felt you can only play a game on its hardest setting otherwise it is not as real). Then he would curse like a sailor at the game when he died or could not get further (I developed this habit from him :)

I haven’t played a game yet but I sure am gonna get my video game on!!

One thing dad hated was me playing with his little show cars. Every time I would play with them a wheel or a mirror would come off. What can I say!?

Gonna play with his cars today he he he :)

My dad was and is the greatest dad who ever had lived. He died young but taught me a lot and how to live my life. I am not living my life not just for myself or my future but for God and others.

He always said, “Son, I do not have much, but what I have is yours and what we have does not belong to us. If someone is in need and you have what they need give it to them. God will remember what you did.”

The crazy part, he was so right.

Dads pet peeve, must water everything that has life! (outside of course)
